All orders are automatically processed and sent out for shipment as soon as they are placed. Once an order is placed we apply irreversible fees and are unable to do so free of charge. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
- Any Cancellation fee, Restocking fee, Shipping or Reshipping fee. Will be Automatically deducted from your total refund amount.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct address. The Merchant (Tina's Wild Orchid's) will charge the Customer any and all fees associated when a wrong address is provided (Shipping Cost), (Gas Money for Delivery), (Time Wasted). If the apartment/suite #, Address number or Zip code is not included or a wrong postal code is provided and reshipping is required, there will be a re-shipping charge equal to the original shipping charge added to the Customers account
- There will be a 25% restocking fee for all packages returned to Us (T.W.Orchids) Because the Wrong address was Provided.
- Refunds will be refunded to the original form of payment.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow our Cancellation Policy. Your cancellation will have to be treated as a Return.
You will receive a shipment notification with a tracking Number once your order has shipped.
A tracking link will automatically be sent to the email on file that was used to make the purchase. Please allow between 3-5 days for the tracking numbers to be updated. Please Note: (We have no control over these changes, updates are made exclusively by the sipping provider)
Depending on stock availability and location. Depending on your shipping address your package may arrive earlier than anticipated.
Lost orders or Packages
We are not responsible for your order or package once it is transferred over to the shipping provider, it is then their responsibility to handle & deliver your package. Problems with shipping delays or lost packages falls on the shipping provider. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the shipping courier loses the package. You must open an immediate investigation with the shipping provider.

Your shipping address can be modified on your checkout page. If you have a change to your shipping address after placing an order, you can send us an email and we will gladly change it for you. We ask that you contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to request for any modifications; please note, however, that once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.
Undelivered or Unclaimed packages
If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we are unable to re-ship it without an additional shipment payment from the customer.
All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Store-credit will be sent (excluding shipping costs) to the customer's account.
Delays in Shipments
We will not be held responsible for any delays that are out of our control. (e.g. customs delays / holiday or peak period congestion / bad weather conditions etc.)
